Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a rollercoaster. Black jack is a game that begins slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel as though you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you don’t expect it, the bottom collapses.
black jack is so akin to a crazy ride the similarities are hair-raising. As is the case with the popular amusement park experience, your black jack game will peak and things will seem to be going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. You most certainly have to be a blackjack player who can readjust to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of blackjack is choked full of them.
If you like the mini coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a bigger bet, then hop on for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-roller will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to twist and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not recount how much you enjoyed everything while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a nice ride and your head in the sky. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won’t clearly recount how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that catastrophic fall as clear as day.
